5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service purchased.

For affiliate bookings, refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable travel partner. While we may assist with customer inquiries, the final decision rests with the partner.

For services sold directly by 1Connect Guyana, approved refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy provided during checkout.
